1. Who you are buying from

2. Scope
These terms apply to every order placed on this website. By placing an order you accept them. We may change them, but the version in force when you order is the one that governs your order.
3. Products
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs and renders are illustrative: fabric colour can vary slightly between screens and between production batches. Dimensions are given with a normal manufacturing tolerance.
4. Prices and promotions
Prices are shown in the currency selected on the site and include VAT where VAT applies to your order. Shipping is free. The price that binds us is the one displayed at the moment you confirm your order.
Where a crossed-out price is shown on a multi-bed pack, it is the total cost of buying the same beds individually at the unit price displayed on the same page - not a past price and not an invented reference. Where a launch offer has an end date, the offer really ends on that date and the countdown does not restart.
5. Ordering
Your order is accepted when we send you the order confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order we tell you and refund it in full.
6. Payment
Payment is taken at the time of the order, through Shopify Payments, PayPal or the other methods shown at checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
7. Delivery
Free worldwide. Dispatch within 24 hours on business days, then delivery in 7 to 15 days. Delivery times are estimates and carrier delays outside our control do not, on their own, entitle you to compensation - but they do entitle you to cancel and be refunded if the goods have not arrived within 30 days.
8. Right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU and UK may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. NUZZO extends this to 30 days as a commercial gesture. See Returns and refunds for the procedure.
9. Legal guarantees
Consumers benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity and, in France, from the guarantee against hidden defects (articles L.217-3 and following of the Code de la consommation, and articles 1641 and following of the Code civil). Our 12-month commercial warranty on the heating parts is additional and does not restrict these rights.
10. Safety
The Heated bed is an electrical appliance. Use it on a flat surface, with the adapter supplied, do not fold or cover it while it is on, unplug it before removing the cover, and stop using it if the cable or controller is damaged. We are not liable for damage resulting from use that ignores these instructions.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Law and disputes
French law applies. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their own country of residence. Before going to court, you may contact us directly - we would rather fix the problem. EU consumers may also use the European Commission online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
