Where we ship

NUZZO ships worldwide. If your country appears at checkout, we deliver there.

Cost

Shipping is free on every order, to every country we serve. There is no minimum and no surcharge for remote addresses.

How long it takes

Dispatch: within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed at the weekend leave on Monday.
Delivery: 7 to 15 days from dispatch.

You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is scanned by the carrier. If the tracking has not moved for five business days, write to us and we will chase it or resend the order.

Power adapter

Every NUZZO Heated bed ships with the wall adapter used in the delivery country - EU, UK, US or AU. We set this from the shipping address you enter at checkout, so please make sure it is the address where the bed will actually be used.

Taxes and duties

The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Where VAT applies it is shown and collected at checkout. If your country levies an import duty that was not collected at checkout, it is payable by the recipient - contact us before ordering if you are unsure and we will tell you what we know about your destination.

Wrong or incomplete address

We cannot change an address once a parcel has left. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we reship it free of charge to a corrected address, or refund it in full if you prefer.
