A bed that keeps the heat in

NUZZO started with a simple observation: dogs and cats do not sleep flat. They curl. A flat cushion lets body heat escape on every side; a deep round nest holds it. Add a gentle heated base underneath and you get the spot in the house every pet chooses first.

Who we are

NUZZO is a small independent shop run by Louis Abraham from Alsace, in eastern France. There is no call centre and no chatbot: the email you send is read by a person, and answered within one business day.

How the product is made

The beds are manufactured by our partner factory in China - the same factory that supplies the ribbed faux-fur nests you may have seen elsewhere - and shipped to you directly, which is why a bed with a heating element, a controller and a country-matched adapter costs what it costs rather than twice that in a pet shop.

We choose the fabric weight, the rim depth and the controller spec, and we pay for the bite-resistant cable sleeve rather than the cheaper bare cord. That part is not a detail: it is the difference between a heated bed and a chewed wire.

What we will not do

No invented crossed-out prices. No countdown that resets itself when you reload the page. No fabricated reviews and no stock counter that has nothing to do with our stock. When the reviews section on this site fills up, every line in it will come from a real order.
